Vivo V20se Review

The V20 SE is a stripped-down version of the V20, which aims to take on the competition at a lower price point. Like its predecessor, this device also focuses on design and cameras.

The device features a 6.44-inch AMOLED display with a dewdrop notch and 1080 x 2400 resolution. The display has decent viewing angles and can get very bright.

Cameras

The Vivo V20se is a budget mid-range smartphone that borrows the design and features of its elder sibling, the V20. This phone still offers a good display and camera experience despite compromising on certain aspects.

On the front, it gets a 32-megapixel selfie camera that takes decent photos with accurate skin tones. It also supports the HDR+ Morpho algorithm that brightens dark spots and reduces overexposure to improve selfie quality.

The triple-camera setup at the back houses a 48-megapixel primary camera and a pair of 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle and 2MP bokeh cameras. Both cameras can capture crisp images with good details, even in daylight.

Performance

The Vivo V20se is a special edition of the flagship model from the same brand and borrows a lot from the design and camera of its elder sibling. The device is a good buy if you are in the market for a subtle yet vibrant smartphone.

One of the major highlights of this phone is its camera setup, which is powerful and versatile. It flaunts a triple camera setup at the back, which houses a 48-megapixel primary lens, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide, and a 2-megapixel bokeh camera.

Design

The Vivo V20se is a great-looking smartphone that looks sleek and premium. Vivo has opted for a plastic frame with slight curves that make it ergonomic to use and slip in and out of pockets.

It comes with a 6.44 inches display that is full HD resolution and gets decent viewing angles. The screen gets a fingerprint sensor built-in and offers good brightness when used outdoors.

On the hardware front, we get a Qualcomm Snapdragon 665 chipset paired with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. This isn’t a high-end chipset, but it has the power to handle most tasks and run medium-to-heavy applications smoothly.

Battery

Battery power is an essential component of any smartphone. Vivo V20se offers an impressive 4100mAh battery that supports a 33W fast charger out of the box.

The battery pack is made of lithium-ion, a rechargeable battery that can hold a charge for a long time before recharging. Moreover, it is lightweight and portable.

This top-quality replacement battery for your Vivo V20se will increase your phone’s uptime and longevity. Not to mention, it is the right size for your device and won’t damage your expensive handset.

Price

Vivo V20se offers a great value for money with its sleek design, powerful performance, and excellent camera. Moreover, it has an in-display fingerprint scanner and a 4100mAh battery with 33W fast charging support.

It also features a 6.44-inch AMOLED display with 1080×2400 pixel resolution and HDR10 support. The display is multitouch capable and offers a stunning visual experience when watching videos or playing games.

The Qualcomm Snapdragon 665 octa-core processor powers the phone. It is paired with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage.
